I run the renewables desk and manage the team here at Storm. Having worked in recruitment for 10 years, I’m well placed to say how good the company culture is. It’s great to work with nice people everyday and we push each other to succeed.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is helping genuine people find their dream roles on a daily basis and help them progress their lives. To do that in such a great environment surrounded by good people is awesome.

What advice would you give someone starting out in recruitment?
The advice I would give to people starting out in recruitment is that you need to be resilient and thick-skinned in order to succeed.

What are your future ambitions with Storm Associates?
I would like to continue to grow the UK based team and open up a branch abroad.
