Storm Associates focus on both permanent and temporary staffing solutions and was founded by ex-professional rugby player Dominic Barrow after his renewables company was successfully acquired.
Dominic had used a number of different agencies in previous Director-based roles with varying degrees of success, but ultimately was left frustrated with the service he received. Identifying an opportunity to ‘do recruitment differently’, Storm was born.
Dominic’s philosophy is simple:
