Established in 1992, our esteemed client is a leading fuel forecourt retailer with a strong presence in Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK. Our client’s commercial fuel division manages and supplies fuel cards to fleet-based businesses. With a focus on in-house management of production, pricing, and exceptional customer service, the division handles over 25,000 transactions weekly, serving a customer base exceeding 2,500.

Anticipating the temporary absence of our clients current Administration Manager due to maternity leave in February 2024, we are seeking a proactive and talented individual to start in November 2023. This interim position offers an excellent opportunity to seamlessly integrate into the role, learn, and independently manage responsibilities with confidence. The Role

  • Efficiently process new customer credit applications
  • Input and manage customer data using the CRM and fuelsoft back system
  • Handle the printing, logging and dispatching of fuel cards for both new and existing customers
  • Set customer prices and manage pricing structures
  • Promptly address incoming customer inquiries and concerns
  • Dispatch copy invoices and manage queries from our sites
  • Engage non-drawing accounts to drive sales volume
  • Prepare and generate various customer reports
  • Assist the sales team by organizing and entering new prospect data
  • Conduct customer courtesy calls and provide exceptional service
  • Support the manager and team with day-to-day duties

Your profile, Experience & Qualifications

  • Preferably possess experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently
  • Energetic and positive approach to tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office (intermediate level preferred)
  • Strong work ethic, driven, and dedicated to achieving team goals
